Ethan Grodofsky

President

Ethan has over 30 years of experience in financial services, inclusive of the insurance, 401(k) and Retirement Plan, Investment Advisory, and Wealth Management industries, Ethan understands the business needs and competitive challenges of our clients. As President, he understands the criticality of leveraging technology to fulfill a specific business need and is laser focused on client value and success.

Laurel Wilson

SVP, GRC and Risk Practice

Developed over her 35 year career, Laurel has a deep understanding of Technology Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Privacy.  Laurel earned an MBA with a Technology Management emphasis, and holds the following professional certificates; C|CISO Certified Chief Information Security Officer, CISM Certified Information Manager, ISO 27001 Senior Lead Implementer, CRISC Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control, CISA Certified Information Systems Auditor and a CISSP Certified Information Systems Security Professional.  A natural team player, Laurel excels at building effective collaborative cross-functional partnerships across all levels of the organization.

Elle O’Haire

Vice President, Marketing and Communications

Elle has over 15 years of marketing and communications experience and leadership with expertise in clearly representing the applicability and value of AscentBT Technologies products and services offered to the market and clients. As Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Elle is the voice of AscentBT’s customers and laser focused on client satisfaction and ensuring that AscentBT’s delivery of service not only matches but exceeds the branding.

Mark J. Tarmy

EVP - Chief Product and Services Officer, CTO

Mark began his career building trading floor systems and developing mortgage back securities analytics models for Wall Street.  Since then, he has focused on helping financial institutions, FinTechs, and securities market data providers, leverage technology to grow EPS and EBITDA, transform digital capabilities and customer experience, bring new products to market, harness data assets and analytics, stabilize operations, and build strong GRC and cybersecurity programs.  With extensive M&A experience, Mark has led due diligences, integrations, carve-outs, and divestitures.  A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, Mr. Tarmy has an MSIA/MBA and Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

Joe Savidge

SVP, Financial Practice

Joe began his career with PricewaterhouseCooper's after graduating Summa Cum Laude from Pace University.  He is a CPA (inactive) and holds two master's degrees; a Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute MBA, and a University of Connecticut Executive Master's.  Joe has held senior finance leadership roles, including CFO for public, private, and non-profit firms.  He has extensive financial services industry experience and a unique ability to apply the finance function to technology.  Joe has consistently improved transparency and reporting to Executive Management, the Board of Directors, and other key constituents.
